AVIOR COMPUTING EXPANDS BENCHMARK COMPLIANCE MAPPING TO GLOBAL MANDATES

New regulation support enables global compliance management in Avior BenchMark™

NASHUA, NH, July 11, 2011 – Avior Computing Corporation announced today the addition of critical global anti-corruption regulations and standards to the BenchMark compliance mapping service. Avior BenchMark now supports the U.K. Bribery Act 2010 and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 (FCPA).  The addition of these new regulations and standards adds tremendous value for firms operating globally to ensure compliance with these key mandates for both internal organizations and vendors and other trading partners.

Support for these regulations is provided on a subscription basis. Avior maintains a database of these compliance regulations, and makes updates to them available to customers with a current subscription.

The Avior BenchMark Dynamic Compliance Matrix (DCM) automates the mapping of regulations, standards, controls, and assessment questions.  Avior's compliance management solutions help compliance and risk professionals to be more effective in their compliance management programs, while expending far less manual effort.

"Our customers rely on BenchMark to stay current with new regulations and standards,” said Steve McCalmont, Avior Computing CEO. "Many organizations operate on a truly global basis.  The addition of these key anti-corruption mandates is critical to their ability to use BenchMark to assess once and comply with all relevant regulations."
