Southeast Regional Sales Manager: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for end user sales of Avior’s SaaS based GRC product to accounts in health insurance, health care, life sciences and financial services markets in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern US. We require a self-sufficient hunter with strong written and interpersonal communication skills who is comfortable working in a start-up. The ideal candidate will have strong executive level contacts in one or more of our target markets as well as have prior sales success with in GRC or similar software products.
Systems Engineer: The Systems Engineer provides presales technical support for the Avior sales team to customers in the healthcare, life sciences and financial services markets. The SE will assist with customer demonstrations, RFP responses and proposals and gathering and resolving technical requirements. Prior experience with SaaS software and one of our target markets is required. The successful candidate will have strong written and interpersonal communication skills and will be comfortable working in a start-up.
Project Manager: The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting new customers as they deploy Avior’s products following Avior’s Quick Start process. The PM will work closely with the customer to manage the implementation process, coordinate with Avior customer service, consult with the customer as needed, develop and extend implementation best practices. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the GRC market with expertise in one or more of the following markets: health insurance, health care, life sciences and financial services. Outstanding project management skills, strong customer service orientation and good presentation skills are important.
Support Engineer: The Support Engineer is responsible for proving ongoing technical support to Avior’s customers. The SE will become an expert on the Avior products and platform and will work closely with our customers to ensure their success with the products. Responsibilities will include training classes and supporting our QA program. The ideal candidate will have experience in GRC or related software and a strong working knowledge of IT data center operations and security.
